St John the Baptist Boughton (including Buckton Fields)

Church Street Boughton

The little mediaeval church in the centre of the old village is the parish church, known as St John the Baptist Boughton. (There is a much earlier church with the same name on Boughton Green, which is a Scheduled Historic Monument).

The parish church serves the whole of Boughton, including Boughton Green Road as far as the parish boundary, along with the Buckton Fields estate which is taking shape. It is the only Christian place of worship for the whole community, and all are very welcome to join us for worship and for our church life together.

On Sundays there are two services:

0800 Holy Communion (Book of Common Prayer)

0930 Holy Communion with Hymns

Please email [email protected] for more details of services, including baptisms and weddings.
